Relaxation comes in many ways. The thing I’ve learned the most about relaxation is that you really have to find the method that works best for YOU! Relaxing is necessary to recharge for both of your mental and physical health. When you are overworked or too stressed, often times your immune system plummets! I’m a strong believer that relaxing and taking a day to recharge will help you rebalance you and therefore your life!
For me, I relax for yoga. It helps the pain in my back, but I feel like I can totally be “in the zone.” With yoga I feel that is very complementary to my sound meditation practice. I’m so lucky to have @anthonyespanent in my life to help me get closer to understanding the inner me. When you understand who you really are, your life feels effortless.
Another way that I recharge is being creative. Whether it’s making clothes or having a self care day by making my own masks, it really helps me to take a day to be creative. That reminds me, big news! I have recently become the contributing beauty editor for the beautiful Joli Magazine! I’m excited to be able to share my little beauty secrets and hope you all pick up the magazine around Orange County! New edition coming soon!
