I’m beyond excited and feeling very blessed! I had applied to model in OC Fashion Week. For me, modeling was a dream, I had as a child. At 12, as I previously mentioned, I was diagnosed with scoliosis. I thought that this modeling dream may never come true. But 48 years later, it did! I was asked to be one of Chubiiline models for this year’s OC Fashion Week. The most amazing part is she is such an amazing young lady! She too was body shamed but she is currently living her beautiful dream as a fashion designer. She has such a beautiful start in her young life! She has the ability to truly change the world with her talent and compassion! Egypt “Ify” Ufele has just turned her experience of being bullied into a successful business.
The pint-sized designer just debuted her “Chubiiline” clothing for everyone on the Runways of New York Fashion Week. I can’t wait to meet this beautiful, amazing, inspiring young lady this month. Once again, a simple reminder, age is just a number. A dream is to be chased and achieved as long as you never ever let a dream die! It may have to simmer for a long time, but just keep adding hope to that pot, and working hard. “Stay true to yourself, yet always be open to learn. The last 3 years of my life has been one big adventure, and I’m loving every minute! Let the adventure continue!
